avoid this tv or get extended warranty. My tv is not working exactly after 1.5 years. Paid Rs 1500 to bring a VU service engineer. He is asking for Rs 6000 to replace a mother board. He didn’t even open the tv to check the problem but says mother board problem. I lost Rs. 1500 just for bringing their service engineer. It’s more than 3 months now and I have no plan to use the VU tv anymore
all these chinese brands are same my mi tv 50 inch same story engineer asking for 7000 to change something in tv 😞
not good tv. mine stopped working in 4 months
Motherboard problem is not limited to just vu. It’s common among brands like LG, Samsung and the likes.
Just make sure you have additional warranty regardless of the brand invest in a voltage stabilizer if your area has frequent power cuts
They refuse to open and check the problem for the given Rs. 1500. I clearly see they are trying to make a hell lot of money using the service.
For the entire 1.5 years I might have played videos less than 50 hrs. None of my family watches TV. All stick to their laptops, tablets and phones. We have another LG LED TV that is still rocking even after 12 years. No repair and not even extra 10 rupees spent on it.

Not a good brand nor they provided good service.. search on google about ‘vu review problogbooster’
Also this product is waste as it has only 60Hz refresh rate that mean you can not play games on this TV nor able to see high moving scenes
