1. These terms and conditions (the “T&C’s”) apply to this promotional offer (hereinafter referred to as “Promotional Offer” or “Offer”) for consumers, which is sponsored and brought to you by Weikfield Foods Pvt Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Weikfield Foods Pvt Ltd.” or “Weikfield”) and conducted by 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. on the Weikfield (as defined in below Section 7) available across India.
2. The Promotional Offer is valid only in India from 01-09-2023 to 30-09-2024 (Both dates Included) (hereinafter referred to as “Offer Period”) subject to the availability of the Products (defined below). Promotion is open to citizens of India only.
3. Under the Promotional Offer, the eligible consumers or consumers participating in the Promotional Offer (hereinafter referred to as “Participant”) will be entitled to a Paytm cashback up to Rs. 40 (Annexure A) (hereinafter referred to as “Paytm Cashback”) for the first 3 purchases only across all promotional SKUs.
4. Customers shall also accumulate points on every purchase during the promotion period. The points accumulated for each product will be different based on the SKU/product purchased. 6. Implications of MRP change of the Weikfield Products - In case of MRP change, consumer will continue get the points only already configured MRP to avoid change in tech logic.
7. Products are also available without this Offer.
8. The Paytm cashback, reward gifts, and top prize are personal to the Participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else. No cash payment in lieu of the Paytm cashback will be made. In the event of a death of the Participant, no claim from his/her nominees or legal heirs will be entertained for availing the Rewards.
9. This Promotion cannot be clubbed with any other promotion/offer/discounts which may be applicable on the products of Weikfield.
10. The Rewards cannot be exchanged and is not transferable and cannot be converted into cash.
11. The successful Participant must agree to participate in all promotional activities (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the promotion free of charge, and he/she consents to Weikfield and/or 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services for using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in promotional material or in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Weikfield and/or 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services.
13. Weikfield and/or 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, pandemics, epidemics, health emergency, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
14. The submission of false, incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documentation/ information may result in disqualification from this promotion by Weikfield and/or 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services. It may further attract legal action as deemed fit by the Weikfield and/or 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services.
15. No queries/ clarifications/ suggestions/ communication etc. shall be entertained on operation/selection process, which would be entirely in the discretion of the Weikfield and/or 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services.
16. Weikfield reserves the right to change its products available for the promotion.
17. The promotion is valid till stocks of products last or the end of promotion period, whichever is earlier.

19. This Offer is governed by the laws of India and the parties agree to subject themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
20. 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for issues including but not limited to KYC Not Done, Account Not Active, Login Issues, Account Blocked, Wallet Issues, etc. relating to the redemption of the Paytm cashback/rewards including redemption request not being honored by the Paytm cashback partner. No alternate option for cashback shall be entertained.
21. Paytm cashback will be credited to the customer’s Paytm wallet within 24-48 hours.
22. The unique code can be used only once for getting the Paytm cashback.
23. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including charges and expenses borne by any Participant for participating in the promotion, for example, purchase of Product, travelling, SMS charges for participation, internet charges for participation and submitting the pack code etc. shall not be claimed from the Weikfield and/or 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services and the Participant shall continue to be liable for them and are the responsibility of each Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circle.
24. If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Weikfield, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud, Weikfield, through 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the offer, as appropriate.
25. If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd and/or Weikfield, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer, 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd and/or Weikfield, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Offer.
26. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd.’s promotional WhatsApp Bot or the information on the WhatsApp Bot, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the program, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these terms or any other legal obligation by a Participant, the Participant agrees to indemnify 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd for those losses, damages, and costs.

Ltd and Weikfield, are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to Participant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Offer or the downloading of any materials related to this Offer.
28. 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. and Weikfield will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, voucher codes etc. beyond the Promotional Offer.
29. 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd, its agents and distributors (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliates of 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services”) and Weikfield, its agents, affiliates and distributors (hereinafter referred to as “Affiliates of Weikfield Foods Pvt Ltd., (India).”) accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. Paytm cashback/Rewards and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning this Offer.
30. By entering the Promotional Offer and accepting the rewards, the Participants and reward winner(s), respectively, stand to waive all such rights inherent and otherwise under copyrights, rights of publicity, and any related rights. 32. Unique Code can be redeemed only via registering themselves on the Weikfield Promotional WhatsApp Bot to get Paytm cashback, rewards, & a top prize offer valid for participants participating from India..
33. A maximum of 3 Paytm cashback transactions can be redeemed per person, mobile number, email ID, and IP address. This Promotional Offer is not valid for Weikfield and 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. Promoters, retailers, employees, Distributors, or any other channel partner.
34. Weikfield shall not be responsible for any changes made by the Paytm cashback Partner (Paytm) and Reward Gifts Brand Partner)
35. Paytm cashback partner (Paytm) and Reward Gifts Brand Partner reserves the right to deny honoring the benefit on the grounds of suspicion or abuse of the offer by any Participant without providing the Participant any explanation thereof.
36. In no event Paytm cashback Partner (Paytm) and Reward Gifts Brand Partner, be liable for any abuse or misuse of the code due to the negligence of the Participant.
37. The Paytm cashback offers, reward offer, top prize offer cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for another Gift Voucher/Gift Card.
38. Weikfield, 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd., Paytm cashback Partner (Paytm) and Reward Gifts Brand Partner shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using of the Paytm cashback offer, reward offer. The holder of the Paytm cashback Voucher/ Reward Voucher shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the Voucher and the credentials mentioned on it.
39. By participating in the Promotional Offer, the Participant agrees to allow Weikfield / 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. to contact the Participant for the purpose of this Promotional offer.

42. No queries, claims, disputes, complaints, or grievances pertaining to the Promotional Offer shall be entertained by Weikfield and 4 Minute Mile Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. from the date of the closure of the Promotional Offer.
43. The use of Paytm cashback Partner (Paytm) and Reward Gifts Brand Partner name in these terms and conditions is only for the purpose of explaining the terms and conditions hereof and does not in any manner confer, assign, or transfer or associate the trademarks or other rights of Paytm cashback Partner (Paytm) and Reward Gifts Brand Partner in Weikfield. There is no principal agency, joint venture, associate, or any other relationship between Weikfield and Paytm cashback Partner (Paytm) and Reward Gifts Brand Partner, except that both entities have a principal-to-principal relationship.
