It’s December already, and the New Year beckons.

Covid had made the last 2 years difficult, however the new year brings about new hope and aspirations and yes, resolutions!!!!
Before we go planning our resolutions for the coming year, let’s sit back and look at our resolutions of previous years – but only the Failed ones.

There is a saying “Resolutions are meant to be broken!”

Just
36hrs Fasting(Just Intake of water/milk and fruits for beginners) on Every Ekadashi(occurs Monthly twice)
Also u can replace with Fruits with any 1 meal in a day
