Very very bad

My experience with WINGS Nuvobook V1 has been frustrating. Within four months, the body deteriorated, the charger broke, and support was nonexistent. Despite promises, the support center stopped offering assistance, and essential upgrades like RAM or SSD were impossible. Overall, WINGS Nuvobook V1 failed to meet expectations in both product durability and customer support.
