I feel that there will be another batch of phones that will be sold with offers on acessories from 2nd lot onwards.. That said I think people will still buy it and it will be sold out in seconds. Hence thinking of buying it in 2nd or 3rd lot with acessories..
not able to wait for 21st now

getting MI 4 this year not possible in india first they will cater to the home market , even in china lot of re seller get the stock and sell on more price , currently its nothing more then day dreaming
Yes. Even if we plan to import that, it will take about 3 months. 22nd July is announcement date. It will be launched about one month later. Initially they will release TD-CDMA version which will work in China only. International version will be released about 2 months later and then only we can buy it from resellers.

guys, what will you prefer to buy?
Asus zenfone 5 or xiaomi mi3 ?
and why?
Definitely Mi3 bro..
Because Mi3 has much better hardware(quality hardware), and Mi3 has better reputation globally.
Mi3 is equal to S4 if not better.
S4 hangs, Mi3 doesn’t

See more at: http://www.xiaomiworld.com/xiaomi-mi4.html#stha...
the website you provided is a just a reseller, it has nothing to relate with xiaomi, this kind of chinese reseller just extend the domain name to fool us outsiders to seem that it is a xiaomi’s world branch & they give the names of country where they are capable for shipping. The great original Xiaomi will launch the mi4 @ 320 us$ 16gb version on 22nd july
Bro, it was not me who posted the link initially. As mi.com has no data on Mi4, tried that link to find out the price.
Please try yourself the mui or mui5 launcher online and then feel the interface exp..but seems many are not happy..even samy s4 is failure model and hence before buying mi3 wait for reviews and then buy…even moto e with vanilla KitKat is great that too with dual core processor…Asus zenfone4 camera sucks when compared to moto e updated with 4.4.4. If xioami selling at this rate there might have some catch

MiUi is launcher is quite good, if you like iOS, you are bound to like miui.. its quite a lovely copy. Remember if you are accustomed to a normal android launcher you will need to give some time to adjust to the miui launcher. Icons are beautiful, interface is snappy.
Also name me a few good phone which lets you root your phone officially without voiding your warranty?
I loved the fact that miui has got a integrated call recorder out of the box, go buy a HTC one or S5, you will have to root to get this feature.
And yes Xioami has a catch to sell the phone at this rate. In china they are selling the phone without play store, they earn through their own market app. They earn by selling apps, theme and other components for miui. However in India they understand the sentiment thats why they have put in play store. They don’t have a huge budget for advertising, they only use social channels for advertising. So if you are attracted by the Messy Ad of Samsung.. you deserve to pay higher. Xiaomi wants to gain a foothold in Indian market, thats why they probably want to sell a good device at a low price. Thats the whole CATCH
when will be i available to purchase it? what time and exact date?
Any idea as to when will the other colors be launched , as i would prefer a black one over the grey one
Read this, This is what Xiaomi Vice President said about Mi3 launch for this price
Xiaomi’s International Vice President Hugo Barra, a former Google Inc executive who joined last year, said the company does not expect to turn a profit in India any time soon.He said the privately owned Xiaomi was planning to build India-specific features for its phones and set up a local team to help penetrate one of the world’s fastest growing smartphone markets.
“We realize this is a market where we have to invest heavily in,” Barra told Reuters. “There’s no point in thinking about profits at this early stage,” he said by telephone from New Delhi, where Xiaomi launched the Mi 3, the cheaper Redmi and its Redmi tablet.
Localization will be key to Xiaomi’s fortunes in India, where it will have to convince users to turn away from the apps and services they are used to and adopt Xiaomi’s own system. Xiaomi’s success in China has partly come from its unique Android operating system, which it tailored to its customers.
The company’s margins on phones are thin, as they use high-tech hardware, but it makes up for that by selling its higher-margin accessories and customized apps.
Those who wanna experience the MIUI can give a try the MIUI launcher on their android to get a feel of miui.
Good news, it is 15999 in China.

Primary Interest for me to buy this phone is because my pantech burst has started posing issues. The call volume is low on both ends. The speaker works fine but the in call volume during call is low as well as mike volume during call is also low.. Battery backup has also degraded substantially but though this can be addressed I am not sure what to do with the incall volume issue. Is anyone else facing similar issue or does anyone have solution for it?
I know this might not be the place to ask this question but I saw few users talking about pantech burst on this thread and hence posting it. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Anyone knows how to chk RAM on MIUI interface… In Running Apps it’s not shwoing available RAM…

Yup need to be ready !!! According to my friends @B’lore there has been a crazy level of excitement about this phone !! Most of them are jumping the ship …….. and those who are waiting are only waiting for the sake of Mi4 (Hoping it releases in 4-5 months !! ) !!! There has been an insane level of craze among the developers which makes the purchase even more difficult ! But being a Priority pass holder and Flipkart first is such a relief

I was facing low in-call volume in Optimus G and came to know that it was hardware issue. Get internal earpiece replaced and it will be fine. Can be replaced for Rs. 200-Rs. 400.

Saddest day of my life will be 22nd.

So wanted to buy a new smartphone. I’m searching for good offers on cells.
Now I got MI3. But unfortunately i will be traveling at that time(22nd midnight).
I don’t think I can get one..

Dude I’m with u. Even I feel low volume issue. If i’m in traffic, I cant even hear the single word. If the speaker at the other end is speaking in low voice, its very tough to understand what the other person is talking.. I need to charge my battery twice a day. If i switch-on 3G then my wrong time started.. Even the Back key doesnt work most of the times. Using Home key like Iphone…
dr.nakum thanks and you reflect my thoughts.
guys this is just another company off the panda land, but hopefully the service and product are worth it.
we’d been tracking their singapore site and just day before, somehow cracked into their limited numbers sale of the http://www.mi.com/sg…e/ and asked my cousin within Sg to place the order to her own address.. not bad for around 10000 bucks if they provide service support there
seller TY Franchise stores at http://www.amazon.cn/gp/offer-listing/B00F…LE also has mentioned similar 300-350$ prices for MI4 when it will launched on their blog
