None of the Kellogg’s packs have expiry date mentioned. So they might be near expiry.

20% of the time, they would ship off near expiry items , including cloudtail. But most of the times it’s ok, far before expiry. 3rd party sellers are honest whenever I ask them above expiry date, if it’s near expiry they would honestly say it, instead of hiding them.
But there’s no way to ask cloudtail. CCs say that they’ll refund if its expired and they keep their words… thankfully sweat_smile
Also I found Amazon retail to be better.

But customer service is getting a bit bad.. you know like saying that broken item is perfectly ok and no refund. Then have to make either unboxing video viral or go to Jeff mail team 😅
I’m not saying that it’s you and everyone but a few are bit difficult to deal with.
Also packaging/transportation handling team is not very professional in northeast. Rough handling and thus a higher chance in getting damaged items. This is a reason why most of us only order cheaper items like detergents, etc. We’re scared to buy electronic items.
I hope you can genuinely pass this feedback to the concerned team 🙏

I have also worked in Amazon’s tech department. Tbh amazon is quite customer centric. Whenever you receive any electronic device and there is any damage n defect with it, amazon has the policy of replacing it after verifying the defect. That process is quite easy. But the point is most of the people actually comes to the customer service and fight to return an electronic device because they didn’t like it, which at times lead to poor customer experience. Like I used to get many customers everyday who wants to return their high value products after using them for a week just because they didn’t like the color or want to try another brand now.

Ok, some customers actually do indulge in frauds but what is that related to the problem I stated?
Some customers are bad, well go ahead and take action. Why would you harass others who get broken lotion bottle or torn noodles packet??
Now we have to indulge in unboxing video too bcz of amazon India’s behaviour.
I know a few people who stays in US and even they exclaimed (have 1st hand experience with both services) that amazon service in India is vastly inferior to amazon USA.
Serve genuine customers well and banned customers who indulge in cheating/hacking.
