Many are not getting invite for Zomato Edition Classic card. Tried as per the above link info and i have sent DM on 22Mar with my registered mobile no to @ editionbyzomato twitter handle. i have received reply from them that they have forwarded my request to the concerned team. From 23Mar morning iam checking for the invite in Zomato app. To my surprise, invite received at 6.20 pm. Thanks for @RowdyAK47 for reminding me at that time.
Immediately started the Application process
1. First we need to enter the Pan no and DOB.
2. In this Screen, it will show the Eligible limit provided for this card (in my case 2.5L)
3. Next screen we have to enter father Name, Mother Name, Address, Alternate address and Employment type.
4. Next it will move to vkyc. in vkyc first we have to verify aadhar with otp after which video with executive opens. They will ask pincode, Location, State, name as per aadhar and will take our photo and pan card photo. Then vkyc over.
5. Then We will get confirmation in 1 or 2 hours.

Before Applying for this credit card make sure to edit the Zomato profile name same as Aadhar Name.
(Also Name in PAN card and Aadhar sud be exactly same for straight through Approval).
For me its showing “Fnalizing your card details” from 3 days..is it normal?
My card approved today. When I applied it was LTF. Hope they don’t charge me now

I remember someone in twitter mentioned asking for upgrade and getting it
I got the option of LTF but as soon as entered the pan details and processed it showed me " We can’t issue the card to you at this time" And customer care doesn’t reset the application and not even mentioned the reason.
Hopefully helpful update from my experience –
My Video KYC ( started on Zomato app ) timed out after 3 minutes
Immediately got call from RBL and they sent VKYC link ( SMS came from RBLBNK )
My VKYC timed out on Chrome ( android ) and FireFox ( android ) after 3 minutes each
Fortunately the same person called again and asked me to try again using “”https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=c...“>Samsung Internet Browser”
And voila.. within few minutes, installed and finished VKYC

Today this card approved for my wife with 2.25lk limit, she is housewife but selected as self employed. She already had other 4 cc, with max 1.87lk limit.
Thanks to people who suggested to set the home and office address to relatives in major cities (mine card was rejected as I did not set). During vkyc we told actual pincode which is in adhar (for which mine card was rejected due to remote area, even though its in Gurgaon). Card approved in 2 hrs, no question of income in vkyc no physical verification even both home n office set address are not matching with adhar. Now card will be delivered at home address (not adhar address) set during application process.
we can also see in app it is ltf. Click on “ways to earn cash back”. There you will see 0 annual fees under milestone benefits. So no need to contact cust care to get ltf confirmation.

Can anyone confirm if doing Video KYC from non-serviceable area, should we disclose the pincode of the non-serviceable address as the live location?
I did the same, and my application got stuck post video KYC – “Your details don’t match with Aadhar”
This is the normal flow and you have done your part correctly.
From this status, around 90 % of the applications got approved.
Wait for some hours, Hope urs also will get approved soon.

card delivered.. super fast service by RBL Bank. Applied on 4th. Approved instantly, dispatched on 5th and delivered today on 7th.
far far better than onecard. 19days gone they still not dispatch my card.

Been using this card for a few days, it’s a fantastic card IMO. All spends and CB shows up on the Zomato app. 5% CB on dining is great if you eat out regularly. The CB is credited as Zomato credits in a few days and it even gives fractional CB. That along with the 10% unlimited birthday CB makes it the best card for dining, provided you order a lot from Zomato.
