10 year old flipkart account blocked

Hi, flipkart blocked my account because of return of two wrong products delivered, both were replaced again with same wrong brand and one was returned and other return was cancelled and blocked. I have about 17k gvs and had done lakhs of shopping. Their cs created some escalation but there is no other way to contact, they say you will get a revert. Any suggestions.

bro, you can do following things to increase your chances for unblocking the account, (this is what I did and they revoked my account after a month):
1. Keep on commenting over there twitter handle about this misconduct.
2. Order one or 2 items from any other account which you don’t want to return with mobile number of blocked account.
Now my account is blocked for 2nd time because of same stupid reason. They sent wrong item and when I tried to return it they blocked my account again. So according to me Flipkart is too unpredictable.
Same with me but i have redemmed my super coins using the app which was already looged in and i have used all gv already.
Whenever u try to order some electeonic item .utilize your gv first
Flipkart will be history if they continue this shit.

Now unless they wanna/did unblock your account (Random rechecks based on account block complaints?)..nothing you do is going to work

Thanks, pathetic thing is there is no call, they create a complaint and get back, customer care is there just to create a ticket
So many threads are there about FK blocking accounts and u kept 17K bal, incomprehensible

Talk to lawyer and send notice they will surely open
No experience with FK but similar exp with Amazon but they unblocked before sending notice though a/c stayed blocked for 10 months
Also tag Finance Minister saying how FK and Walmart are harassing common customers.
Its your genuine money but FK is now a days hysterical so we do need to worry when lunatic is around. Many others were also doing genuine returns, FK is very partial and supports sellers. Even I am cheated but did not return small value items due to SC balance and GV bal etc
Even after reading innumerable FK account block issues, you trusted them with your 17k GV. On top of that you created return/replacement request without prior using GV balance. Result being loss of time to convince them and losing peace of mind in the process. What’s the value of returned items and what are they (if you are ok to share)?

My account is unlocked, thanks everyone. I complained on consumer complaint app, may be that helped. Learning is in case of return, always speak with customer care, tell them add your remarks and create a return, so that return is accepted immediately and pick is scheduled. If we do it by ourself, it goes to the seller and he may accept or reject or system may treated as too many returns and block account. Pathetic from flipkart is there is no option to select return or replacement unlike Amazon, most is replacement

Yes. Stop chasing with FK and start using Amazon.
Personally using only Amazon (No FK), due to much better support of Amazon and return /replacement process .
