10k Hdfc bill paid via bajaj finserv not reflected to cc

I paid 10k hdfc cc bill ending with 7637 on 1st dec via bajaj finseev app. But its not reflected to my cc so i contacted bajaj they told take written from bank that they didnt received payment. So i mailed hdfc bank with trascetion no/reference no. They told that payment credited on wrong acc ending with 1131 .but how its possible i paid on correct cc. Any solution?

Stop using bajaj finserv. Earlier, I used to recharge numbers but Cashback credit issues were so huge. Dispute resolution also is very poor. If you are making any transaction whether it's cc payment or any, stay away from the app. Baki, sab uparwale k haath !
Credit card number, credit card account number in CIBIL and alternate account number jyadatar same nahi hota hai....

Payment Screenshot is attached in last mail as well attaching it again..
then how is it possible that payment got credited to this wrong account no 101******961131.

First of all..why you choose a third grade unprofessional finance app like Bajaj finance..for cc bill payment?
Never heard anything positive about bajaj finance in my life..hope you get your money back..
150 cb on 10k cc bill payment offer was running. In past I already paid lot of cc bill via bajaj but not faced this problem

Hdfc bank indemnity form fill karane ke liye bol raha isame corect cc and wrong cc dono dalane ko bata raha. Lekin isake tc me meri galati ke vajah se aisa hua hai ye mention hai😞 form bharana padega?

OP got confused between the primary card and add-on card.
If you see, all his replies, he keeps on changing the numbers from 1131 to 1136.
And god came down on to the earth and reached HDFC bank and pushed the payment to his friends account. What a miracle!
Its not addon card both cc holder different. Bro screen shot me clear hai 7637 and hdfc bank told 1131 pe gaya lekin mai bajaj ka past cc payment check kiya mai 1136 pe 2 mahine pahale payment ek kiya tha . Lekin usape kaise chala gaya dont know
Sorry to hear your situation. Is this the first time you're making payment for the card on the bajaj finserv ? Can you ask the bajaj finserv to raise a chargeback? or dispute?
