I paid 10k hdfc cc bill ending with 7637 on 1st dec via bajaj finseev app. But its not reflected to my cc so i contacted bajaj they told take written from bank that they didnt received payment. So i mailed hdfc bank with trascetion no/reference no. They told that payment credited on wrong acc ending with 1131 .but how its possible i paid on correct cc. Any solution?
Sorry to hear your situation. Is this the first time you're making payment for the card on the bajaj finserv ? Can you ask the bajaj finserv to raise a chargeback? or dispute?
Is it your alternate account?

Yes bro that's scary but it's always hard to know who's at fault in such cases where payment are made using 3rd party apps due to many intermediary.
The bad thing here is that these credit card transactions are not trackable on BBPS website for some reason.

Stop using bajaj finserv. Earlier, I used to recharge numbers but Cashback credit issues were so huge. Dispute resolution also is very poor. If you are making any transaction whether it's cc payment or any, stay away from the app. Baki, sab uparwale k haath !

150 cb on 10k cc bill payment offer was running. In past I already paid lot of cc bill via bajaj but not faced this problem
