1mg is cheater.They deliver less products.So never order from them.

On 6th june i ordered 6 pack of medicated face wash from 1mg and of 12th June i received my parcel.While opening the parcel when i checked ,it had only 3 pack of facewash.As i have already made the payment online ,nothing could be done immediately .So i raised a complaint to their support team about the missing product.They told me to wait for 24-48 hours and confirmed that my issues would get resolved.
After knocking them again on 16th June ,they told me that had confirmed with the vendor abot my parcel and the vendor told they that they have couriered the right no. of products i.e. 6 face wash….so it clearly states that i am lieing. I told them in this case it will be customer who will be at loss always because in anyways you are going to listen to your vendore.
To be honest i had never ordered medicines and other products online through 1mg.I used to order from pharmeasy and medlife( for the last 3 years) but had never faced any issues with quantity till now.Its clearly like cheating their customer.and when i am looking for reviews about 1mg and now noticing that it has happened with lot of consumer.Ther are lot other people who orderd online and received less products.Further more there is no positive response from 1mg regarding their complaint.
Thaey have pathetic service and worst consumer experience i had.Although i lost my Rs 750 but I am not going to order again from 1 mg.They are cheaters and i am sure in this way they wont be able to sustain for longer if they continiu to cheat their customer like this.

Am an old customer of 1mg, they haven’t delivered the order for more than a month, kept stalling and asking for more time, no help from customer care, they automatically cancelled after so long, service has gone drastically.

Even once i returned one order from app but they didn’t picked up the product and refunded my money.
1Mg is Fraud and a very big scam
1) Me and my wife gave a sample to Naveen Yadav (He is part of the scam, he suggested to us, you should test Covid Antibody, we asked him when will report come, he said, you will receive by evening, now he is saying I told you 48 hrs time)
2) My wife report came on time, my report stopped, I asked to support person Laxmi, she said your report will come by 2 November, I asked the reason, but she said, I can not tell you the reason but you will get by 2nd Nov.
May I know the reason for 2nd November, we gave him some time sample and the same test, its weird. As per 1mg you can not re-act on your chat person.
3) I will do all tests again on another lab, if I get any difference I will go to consumer court. seems reports are not good as per my medicines and Doctor.
I will suggest you never go with 1mg, it’s a very big scam, they manipulate to customer.
Mene b 1 mg se order kiya unhone pura saman ni bheja na he money refund kiya ..unse baar baar msg kiya to bolte h k vendor aur logistic team se baat huyi wo bol rhe h k packing m mistake ni h isliye refund ni milega …..1 mg ki puri team he cheeting kar rhi h ….medium class log itna paiso ka loss ni jhel sakte bus lockdown k karan mene 1 mg se saman mangwaya aur unne mera 900 rs ka saman ni bheja aur na refund diya ..very disgusting
