use hdfc millennia debit card to load paytm wallet for 40k to get 1% cb(millennia card total cb monthly limit 400) after 90-120 days in your netbanking account(check debit card--enquiry--reward points) & pay cc bill using paytm wallet. Platinum visa card gives 1% cb on bill payments up to 750 per month but needs 25k min balance account & hdfc cc & BoB cc are not supported.

BoB also supported, paid cc bill yesterday using HDFC easyshop platinum dc

BoB cards support on hdfc billpay is a hit or miss not to mention it disappears randomly some times. Check after 3-4 days that points are credited correctly & txn successfully received by card.

Finally paid using postpe 0.4% instant cashback. Got 800rs cashback total. I avoid after 120 points/cashabck offers.

Assuming it is from hdfc then hdfc billpay doesn't support auto payment of cc bills. It is always need to be paid manually via app/netbanking after selecting the card & manually typing the amount to be paid.

Millennia debit card annual charge is 500+gst but not applicable if acc has classic banking/higher status or if taken under savings max 25 mab acc replacing its default platinum debit card(hdfc bank allow only 1 debit card per acc).
