I want to know is amazon remove 3 month prime membership plan for all user?

Because I got code 3 mont amazon prime membership from Au bank, but now amazon not showing 3 months prime membership, how can I redeemed that code and where?

Please help me..

And amazon customer service team was very dumb nowdays they said they close 3 month prime services., Now my problem solved..

They are untrained or barely trained youngsters or bored middle aged people now in primary.

Better to connect with only the Prime/ Prime Video team.

And if there also the primary associate sounds suspicious or unhelpful, then tell them that you want to discuss the knowledge of the associate, with their reporting senior.
