I requested for address update on 30th November and after confirmation raised for Ace Credit Card request. and they dispatched it at old address. CC told that your address for Credit Card is not updated, I reached out to bank with same issue and then another request was placed for address update specifically for credit card. Meanwhile I reached out to Nodal team also for the help. Card was returned back to Mumbai and address update for credit card was rejected with comments(address proof is not valid and same was used for account address update).Then with the help of Nodal team it was re-dispatched but it was dispatched on old address again even in mail I clearly mentioned about new address and attached an screenshot from app. Finally I went to branch and placed an in branch delivery request and card was re routed and was delivered to branch. when I reached out to them branch told that they haven’t received the card. when I reached out to Bluedart they gave me mail confirmed along with branch code where card was delivered. I reached out to Nodal team of Axis bank with these details and they re iterated that card has been delivered to branch. I reached out to Principal nodal officer and again same reply. I started following up over mail but no response. Over the call CC also is reiterating the same thing. I placed a service request again for in branch delivery of ace card as it not delivered(as per branch) and it was closed with the comment that card was delivered in 2018(which I am holding right now) .
any suggestion guys.

I requested for Priority to Liberty downgrade but instead they converted to ‘Prime’ and reissued Prioity debit card which was expiring(unfortunately exactly around this time). I am charged Rs885 
Manager being friend so promised to reverse charges and also convert to Liberty!

They don’t even give cashbacks for credit card offers…After waiting for more than 90 days, I have to raise complaint to get CB for the eligible transactions…Maha CHOR bank…They don’t even deserve to be a private bank…Customer care is ghatiya than most govt banks…

Also axis CC people are full on weed , asked them about account charges they reverted back with debit card charges

Freecharge had some special offer of 750 GV if you opened an account with 10k so I did.. and it went bonkers.. a few days later got a call from a local branch askign what I wanted to do with the money.. Went into the branch and they tried to get me to open a regular account but got a DD for the money back.. No more info.. Was just glad to get the money back but it sure wasted half a day.. Was worried there since no info on this account opening showed up anywhere.. Even the manager didnt know other than why I sent them the money.. just out of the blue.. for no reason.. People dont do such things.. Might be a language issue because no one seemed to understand..

I had some charges on my federal bank which showed up every month or so and when I went to get a print out at the branch, he asked me what the charges were for..

also if you have a joint account then no debt card or UPI.. Even though both were working previously but they stopped sending primary DC and I am using the 2nd DC but there were charges for 2 cards.. but they stopped it.. GPay now wont allow you to create a UPI and gives error joint account.. This worked for last 3 years.. But for now the others still work except the native app.. So only netbanking for everything..

I had similar address issue few years back with hdfc bank. Updated address and ordered replacement card after reflecting the new address in bank account. Still it went to old address, cc said address still not updated to credit card account.
But they handled well, redirected courier to new address

There is something off or fundamentally wrong with axis bank (free charge included!!) processes as well as attitude towards serving its customers.
At times, it is a total mess.
Best is to avoid this bank, or at least be cautious to not get caught in their issues & escalations!!
