Has anyone recently purchased AC from Amazon / Flipkart under exchang offer?
Am getting 5400 exchange value for my old split AC
I saw someone say installation technician uninstalled old AC.
But in T&C I see they're saying delivery executive will pick up old AC at time of delivery
Please share your experiences

I can share my experience as I recently purchased Daikin AC from Flipkart under exchange offer
7500 was the exchange price for my very old working LG split ac, and extra 1000 off using 100 super coins.
Bought on 13 March and they also charged extra 74 for next day delivery and 199 pickup charge of old ac
Old ac uninstallation is provided free by Flipkart using Jeeves
Next day I received sms that Jeeves Technician is assigned and uninstallation will be done same day but the person wont show up
This repeated for another 3 days, daily same sms and same technician being assigned and that person wont respond to calls or wont come for uninstallation
On 16 March my new AC was out for delivery but they refused to deliver as old AC was not uninstalled.
In the meantime I was calling and tweeting Flipkart daily, May be they escalated this internally, Finally on 19 March I was assigned a new technician and I called him and he came over and did the uninstallation and on 20 March new AC was delivered.
During delivery of new ac they collected the old ac, remote, copper pipe took pictures and asked for tip.
I was searching on twitter for similar experiences and saw that they were denying exchange stating some reasons and I was worried but everything went smoothly.
I think only sellers like RetailNet and OmniTechRetail have this exchange offer
I purchased 2 weeks ago in exchange from Flipkart. The process was smooth , the technician only asked to switch on the machine and it was immediately approved
My main concern is who needs to do the installation of old AC?
Because amazon fk in T&:C saying AC delivery executive will pickup old unit
Exchange process on flipkart is very risky game , kindly be triple cautious .

we recently tried exchange offer for a old refrigerator on flipkart and it was nightmare experience. the delivery person demanded the full exchange discount amount as cash for him to deliver the new product even the old refrigerator powers on, it had cooling issue though. Next day he tried to negotiate for a less price, I complained on national consumer helpline about this whole circus being done by the delivery person, flipkart just said they can only cancel the order as the exchange policy is controller by the seller as per them and they have zero control on the delivery. So in short, its completely luck if you get a sensible delivery person who is ethical to follow the actual exchange policy. Otherwise be prepared to fight with flipkart to get the refund on time.
Dunno, bought 2x carrier 5 star 8 years ago, still smooth without any service... chugging along, from the inventor of AC...
