Go for fixed speed compressor ( previous technology of Ac's) as in they were issueless and easily repairable.
Inverter AC (linear compressor) won't withstand fluctuations in electricity and would need repairs often.
You can ask your neighbours for brands and service facilities available in your locality.
Don't buy inverter AC if you use voltage stabilizer at home.
