Magnus is complicated card with high annual fees
if u can spend 1lac per month then its very good card as u get Rs5000 worth RP (each month)
Ace is simple card with nominal fee
Axis is notorious not to credit EDGE rewards and u can not follow up with them, they act dumb really dumb
Had very bad exp with priority debit card RP, and heard others with Liberty also have had lot of issues
In January end they credited 500 Edge points to my account for Axis Active reward 182 times and deducted immediately(came to know this thru Edge txns history) Crazy people out there

There’s a huge problem with magnus
Axis bank forgot to update magnus credit card’s (Visa version) bin number with the merchants and thus the discounts on any merchant platforms are not getting applied on magnus. This includes Amazon,Flipkart,Makemytrip,Cred, gyftr edge, etc

My axis my zone on visa platform is not eligible for discounts on swiggy because of the same issue.

Bloody Chor bank. I have their Flipkart card. Was told there’s a joining fee of 500, and in lieu of that you will get a Flipkart voucher worth 500 as soon as you make an online transaction. When the card arrived I tried to make several online transactions and every time it failed. Customer care said my mobile number is not updated in their present address column but is visible in the permanent address, so please visit a branch and get it rectified and it will work. I have an Ace card too, I asked them how is that working and not this, they don’t bloody have a clue. I figured rather than burning petrol going to the bank to correct thier mistake, I might as well cancel this, and they refused to reverse my joining fee. Paid up and now waiting for cancellation.

Just send them a DM on twitter and tell them card not working. And wait for 24 hours, it should work
It’s a generic bug from their end i guess …. May be it takes 1-2 days or someone does something from my tweet.

they are the most unsupportive, unscrupulous, lie selling reps most of the time. They either genuinely do not understand the issue (in which case, they are not qualified to be working there) or they pretend that they didn’t understand the issue and give canned responses from clipboard.

hmm, sad to hear that never been in such situation. Till now just tried for card upgradation and no major issues. Hope they will improve their service in the future.😔
