For 150Mbps..Download speed should be around 20MBps

@wardhank are you consistently getting promised speed? I am facing issue with speed on ACT since last 2 weeks. I complained multiple times, but not resolved yet.

Which ISP? If local then you can’t compare them with the likes of ACT, airtel, BSNL etc. These are true fibre connections having excellent throughput and bandwith along side 24×7 stability, which doesn’t happen with local ISPs.
I used Alliance for 4+ years (a local Docsis-ISP) and those are the worst years of my life.

the isp is honesty net service . the connection is not fibre its standard rj 45 connection wired but the stability is fine no major problems . once or twice a day net goes for a minute or so which happens even in expensive fibre connection. for the price the service is truly outstanding tbh

Okay bro but no, you’re wrong about the connection outage for true fibre connections, they work 24×7, like there’s no sudden outage at all, unlike local isps. Just do some ping test for 2 to 3 hours at a stretch in working hours and tally the same with someone using a ftth you will see
But for your usage type, it might be sufficient.

Yes for my usage it’s more than enough also it’s an unlimited connection with no data caps

my ping is always 2 or 3 ms

No, I am not from Delhi bro, I am from near Calcutta area. I have moved to Hathway Ftth.
@jeff_bezos_amazon_owner In respect to ping, the one you checked is from the nearest server. So it really doesn’t matter, even the worst ISP will show 2 ms there. You need to check ping from elsewhere in the country and then outside country like in Singapore, then European and American servers etc.
ISPs like ACT, airtel are undisputed leaders in respect to lower latency. This is why it’s preferred by e-sport gamers.
Only in Bengaluru r in all states
