I initiated a name transfer request to my spouse for my existing Adani piped gas bill. I got below email:
Thank you for submitting your details for the Name Transfer Request. Kindly make the payment within 10 days to complete the process and avoid the cancellation of your request.
What does this mean? My current outstanding is minus 550 as I paid my gas bill 15 days ago only. (bill is generated once in 2 months).

They are charging 500 rupees for Name Transfer. Jesus Christ. Riduculous. Hope I can cancel this application.

for name transfer process they might be charging some amount
