Yes can be made, but working only once per electricity id

Big yes and bill will reflect to ur usc in 1 hr.after 2 days paytm will allow again to pay to same usc.you can do this until the bill generated.once bill generated u need to pay whole bill amount in one go if any due exists after arrears and again from after two days you can do advance payments.you can check amounts adjustments here or in tsspdcl app
