Advance Tax using Credi card

Hi All,
 Anyone has paid the advance tax with any of their existing credit card and whether they have received points on their cerdit card post the transaction. I am okay to pay upto 3% charges if this can be paid using amex card as I need to pay few lakhs of advance tax.
 In case amex cannot be used then what would be best credit card that can be used to get maximum benefits out of it in reward points.
 I know there are many post on the same but want to check if recently someone has done the transactions.
MCC Code for tax payment : 9399 so which card give point for this MCC code
