If we recharge a mobile number before expiry of current plan, it stacks up as a future recharge by extending the validity of current plan. If we do 2 future/advance recharges, it will extend the validity further.
For instance if current plan expires in 1 month and I do 2 recharges of 3 months, then my validity will show 1+3+3=7month. How many such recharges can we stack up? I mean can we add 5-10 such recharges, or is there a limit ?

I did Airtel 149 plan and got cheated.
Recharge didn't stockup and started at same time.
For jio I think plans above 300 gets stacked.
Was your previous recharge in Airtel was different amount than current?
Validity gets extended in Airtel. I have done one for same amount as previous. You try two and keep us informed about outcome.
Airtel Rules for queueing are:
1. If your current plan is Unlimited calls with Daily data ( 209, 239, 265, 299, 319, 359, 399, 479, 499, 519, 549, 666, 699, 719, 779, 839, 869, 999, 1499, 2999, 3359 etc) then similar plans that offer unlimited calls with Daily data recharges will be queued irrespective of the price of the plans & the maximum number of such queueing will be for 730 days post which recharging will fail.
2. If your current plan is Unlimited calls with fixed data (155, 179, 199, 289, 296, 455, 489, 509, 1799 etc) then only queuing of similar plans that offer unlimited calls with fixed data will be valid.
One cannot queue a plan with unlimited calls with Daily data if their current plan is Unlimited calls with fixed data & vice versa.
What’s the limit for Jio ?
Previously it used to be unlimited number of queued recharges but that has now been revised & brought down to probably 40 or 50 (not sure of the exact number). Confirm with customer care
gaand phat gayi kya?
Jio: mostly upto seven years worth of plans can at most be stacked. But never verified personally, nor advised.
Jio representatives gives incorrect answers like 'You can do as many as you like'.
