Around one month ago, I paid my credit card bill payment of ₹5000 with aeronpay, my payment wasn't received in my credit card.
What is solution.
Who to complaint against Aeronpay?
Please everyone give one star on Play Store.

Mail and WhatsApp them . Continuous follow up can get your money back. I also struggled for more than 2 months to get my money back from then I never used aeronpay.
A year ago, my 99999 RS was struck and they did not return my money. They asked all my details like pan card , aadhar card, bank statements etc which I did not give. Finally I escalated it to Rajasthan police copying their email ID. They automatically refunded the amount.
I also got the refund when I contacted RBI and after complaint forwarded the copy to them
I don't know why people use such untrusted apps like aeronpay, galgal etc etc. Please follow up continuously, they will return , just put them under pressure
