Why? Not mine, was applying for a cousin. He already has a cc from some other bank.
But they have saved the application process as per the PAN number which is in the first step. How to get that removed from their system?

Change profession
From self business, what should one change it to? And won’t it have an impact later when they will ask for the documents?

I have applied for sbi credit card for my wife through sbi agents , they are unable to generate application number – they said they are getting the msg PAN already Exists for LOTUS/OCAS/EALB , any one know the meaning for it ?
Never apply for sbi card online especially if having such situations like no income/no sbi acc etc. Another thing to note is that sbi online application procedure is glitchy so if you see issues like not able to select year or find the city in list then immediately drop the idea of applying online even if having regular income/sbi acc. Always apply offline by visiting local sbi branch preferably in the area of residence & talk to the sbi card guy telling him you need card for sbi sale offers on amazon/fk etc as currently using debit card does not give benefit.
He has regular income from his own work.Have applied many times online, only this one got rejected. Branch always forces one to open an account first.
Have applied through sbi agent in my home branch where I have Savings account 10 year old. CIBIL was 781. Salary slips where given of past 3 months. Still i could not pass their “internal gobar policy”.
Maybe some sbi loser messed up my application. Not going to reapply again in near future in this khandarr bank.
