Yes but they are not allowing,they are saying as per their system only one entry is showing free.

Those are brain-dead idiots, for lack of a better word who have been told to repeat a certain set of steps to allow lounge access to customers and they won't do anything beyond that. There is an option to include number of additional guests (which deducts "n" number of complimentary access at once from your card in single swipe, I think "n" is restricted to 2-3 but so far I have only used for 1) while card swiping at the lounge terminals but they always punch 0 there, even though you ask them to add 1 on the additional guests screen, those dumbasses won't do it.

There is no way you can urge them to allow companions. So far, I have been denied everytime by lounge operators for companions except once. Swiping twice is usually not allowed, they would ask you to wait for atleast 2 hours or more depending upon lounge before swiping again, which definitely doesn't work for card holder. Better get another card and use it. No point in arguing with zero IQ idiots. Saves time, energy and effort.

They are not person with Zero IQ rather they are rigid to their words with Innocent face so you believe them at last. They all do this to maintain crowd.
