Today I received my Airtel axis card stmt. and cash back credited is incorrect.

I have been manually calculating cashback for each transaction on excel and sending them via email every month for the past 4 months. Recently, I received a response regarding a dispute from November, confirming that the cashback calculation was correct. However, I noticed a discrepancy of Rs. 49.
If this issue persists, I am considering closing the card since they are deducting cashback from legitimate transactions every month.

Yes, every month its happening and axis has worst customer care in the world, no one replies to mails even nodal team
Bundl tech pe 10% nahi milta. Swiggy se cashback ke liye order karte hue cred pay select karo and cred pe ye card use karo. Waha se swiggy hoga merchant
