Airtel Axis Credit Card Request pending for a year - Suggestion needed for escalation

Hello Guys ,
I need some expert opinion to see how can I escalate my Airtel Axis credit card request which has been pending for more than a year . I did reach out to Axis Bank nodal officer via email and the only response I have been getting since past 3 months is that they are working on the issue and they apologize for the inconvenience .
As usual Airtel guys are unable to help , neither I am able to apply for the card again via Airtel App .
I have actually lost hope and not super keen to get the card , but wanted to check if there is any alternate escalation path .

The same issue is with me. The application is pending for more than 3 months.
