Dear Airtel Axis Card Holders I am noticing for my 3 continue transaction getting same merchant as AIRTEL PAYMENTS BANK L from Airtel Mumbai, Airtel Gurgaon.
I made 3 out of 2 electricity bill paid & 1 Airtel prepaid bill same merchant name received.
Kindly confirm following merchant name any one received cashback or not ?

are you applying the `25% or 10% cashback coupon` at the time of recharging?
Any coupon you apply ,it's giving same merchant again and again that is airtel payment bank ...

Where to complain regarding this merchant issue??
Both for airtel payments and utilities, same airtel bank merchant showing , most probably being wallet category it won't fetch any cashback and one has to run after them to prove cashback eligibility..
If merchant issue not fixed, this card is totally useless

I have got response from axis nodal office team that mentioned MID that is WWWBIGBASKETCOM is not part of 10% cashback hence no cashback
Maybe they will give same excuse for airtel payment bank merchant category also

Anyone received the statement for this month?
Yes I got the statement and utility and Airtel bills were categorised together and got only 300 cashback 
Both have Airtel payments bank as merchant name
Didn’t do any transactions on Swiggy zomato bb
