Airtel Thanks App-Paytm FastTag recharge is pending for long time.

I have made the Paytm FastTag recharge from Airtel Thanks app. on 6/1/24 . But till now the status saying, "bill payment in progress".
Amount deducted from Bank but still recharge is pending. I have seen the transaction under Utilities section but when called Airtel,they are saying they never able to see the transaction.
In short, airtel not support in case any bill payment issue happen ,apart from Airtel specific.
Anybody faced this issue, any solution for the same?

initiated a payment but the transaction is still pending, you can cancel it by going to the section of your Paytm account and selecting the transaction you want to cancel. If the transaction status is still pending, you should see an option to cancel the transaction.
I have made in Airtel thanks app.No option to cancel.
Finally got the refund,The cashback for Cred UPI also not revoked and used
I am also facing same problem payment stuck since 10 days the thing is I have closed the Paytm fastag and did recharge of the fastag using hdfc credit card. I did recharge of 10000 it's processing since 10 days in Airtel app they are telling we don't know this transaction Id can anyone please guide me what to do

such incidences are common in rival companies selling similar products i.e. fasttag.
next time choose relevant company for relevant fastag
