Airtel utility bill payment query

I got new airtel axis card and looking electricity bill payment option on airtel thanks app.
I see all states included except the circle the SIM belong to.
For example i have karanata SIm in thanks app it shows all states of electricity boards except karnataka. similarly for tamilnadu, kerala.
Can anyone see all states for electricity payment on airtel thanks app? Or thankful if any one apart from south states can give missing states in their app from a SIM belong to non southern state circles.

i am from Telangana, I can see Karnataka state in the options but missing Telangana state
