Does ajio sell old/used/defective products in the name of sale
Recently purchased some clothes from ajio, all is defective, shirt looks old and dusty, look like they took out it from mud and dispatched, Collar of t-shirt is torn and stitching out, and a hole in trouser, they are all packed on 2022

Yes , happened multiple times. All jio services are sub standard. Ambani should focus on giving quality service to Indians rather than feeding Americans.
Note- ajio and Jiomart was good, but for the past 2 yrs it's not, since Mr. Junior Ambani took charge.
Not only used product and old prdt, check the mrp tag too. 🙂
Jiomart shuru se hi barbaad hai bhai. In terms of customer care.
I feel that they have copied Domino's model of customer care. If you say anything to customer service they just divert it to store manager. Same thing with jiomart. The only difference is that they are even slower.
That model still works for food industry but in ecommerce it's important to have a centralized customer care, they got it wrong here.
Ajio is still okay, nowhere in comparison to amazon though but better than jiomart.

Don't have courage to order next time, Instead of saving money, it gets lost.
Pls avoid all e-commerce sites . They are just dumping trash to indian people. Used or reject items are throwing to us. Even they are seeling second hand clothes as new .. people are buying .. seriously pls stop.
I have shopped a lot from Ajio in the last few months (ordered around ten blazers and lot of other clothes). You get some excellent deals but also some disappointing experiences like OP mentioned. Sometimes the clothes are so much crumpled that it looks like the person who has packed the product was extremely frustrated and had deliberately vented his frustration on the product. But all in all, I am happy with Ajio as their return policy is alright and discounts are huge.
It doesn't much effect how they are packed, we can clearly get difference between fresh and old product
first do the necessary things for getting refund and then ask for compensation or file a consumer court case. That's it.
