Ajio shipping gold via a nonexistent courier

My last 3 gold coin orders from ajio were shipped via BDSECURE without any tracking id and none has been delivered even after a week.
I have been ordering gold coins from ajio for over 6 months now, they always ship them late and via ecomexpress.
There is no courier company like BDSECURE, is this anykind of fraud?
I have registered complaints via call, chat, email, tweeter dm but to no avail they keep asking for week after week of time.

same issue with me. As mentioned in other comment tracking Id was available in blue dart. But still not delivered from 10 days and status is

out of 3 orders 2 has been delivered now, but the third one shows StatusRejected Awb Inscanned.

due to some offers. Anyways lesson learnt. That order is cancelled from AJIO

it’s showing as return created but the refund will only be initiated when they receive coin back in the warehouse, which is not going to happen.
if they don’t update order as delivered than i will not get ₹500 mahacashback

I informed ajio customer care that I have received the product. They said it will take 2days to update to delivered status from their end.
is it updated in the app now?

One more thing ajio cashback not credited on gold coins my order delivered on 13th jan till not no cashback received
sometimes they will send a gift confirmation email as soon as the order is placed and the coupon for the kit comes in sms only in below format.

I ordered 1 gram gold coin. as per the delivery date supposed to be delivered on 17 Nov. Today 18th Nov 2022 in AJIO app it is showing me "Delivered" status but I did not receive anything. Earlier I order 2 times and received it perfectly.
I raised the issue to AJIO. Hope so they will solve it ASAP
