same is happening to me.
out of 3 orders 2 has been delivered now, but the third one shows StatusRejected Awb Inscanned.

I purchased 2gm gold for 9400 in december on that i got rs 500 in ajio wallet, rs 500 jiomart mahacashback, boat rockerz 255 for rs 500 and this duffle bag from GAS for rs 1.

it’s showing as return created but the refund will only be initiated when they receive coin back in the warehouse, which is not going to happen.
if they don’t update order as delivered than i will not get ₹500 mahacashback .

I informed ajio customer care that I have received the product. They said it will take 2days to update to delivered status from their end.

it is not delivered yet. i have received the superdry kit many times previously, there are 2 deodrant and a body was in it, all of them are of subpar quality, the pouch is fine though, can be used as carrying case for many things.

One more thing ajio cashback not credited on gold coins my order delivered on 13th jan till not no cashback received
