Please don't buy anything from the seller Akshnav online. They will send damaged product. Recently I purchased a refrigerator from Akshnav online. I received a damaged product, I tried to reach them, they don't even care, not responding at all. Be careful with this seller. I have spent huge amount for buying this product. I don't want to accept this damaged product. I will take legal action if it is not resolved with immediate effect. The delivery persons hided the damaged show the other parts of the product, they have covered the damage. I have the video proof. But Before that, I would like to request you to resolve ASAP. I am not asking for refund, I am asking for replacement at least. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Kindly look into this and do the needful.

I am not going to end this without a proper solution.

I placed two orders with amount of Rs 18,719 and Rs 18,719 with total amount of Rs. 37,438 on 28th March 2024 through Flipkart. The seller is Akshnav Online.

I cancelled both orders immediately after placing them due to an overcharge on my card compared to the amount shown on Flipkart's checkout page. Despite raising complaints on 4th April and subsequently on 8th April, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. It is concerning that my initial complaint was automatically closed without proper resolution due to a technical issue.

On 8th April, I was informed that a manual refund would be processed, and I promptly provided my bank account details as requested. However, the subsequent communication from Flipkart regarding attempted calls on 9th and 10th April does not align with my experience as I did not receive any such calls.

The email received on 11th April extending the deadline for resolving my complaint to 12th April. On 12th April, again I received a call from Flipkart Customer Care Executive and she requested to extend the deadline to 3 working days. On 16th April, again I received a call from Flipkart Customer Care Executive and again she requested to extend the deadline to 3 working days.

today i purchased a samsung fridge 365 l 3 start in 33.5k from akshnav via flipkart ....before purchasing the fridge however i saw very bad reputation or feedback of this seller of akshnav online in google. but when i recieved the product it was heavily damaged in front thank god i see it because it was a open delivery system .....this seller is totally a fraud please avoid purchasing from it
