I didn’t hear about bank which u mentioned in 12th Number. 
Federal Platinum is available for non salaried also but with 500 annual fees.

Further Canara Bank dc can be applied through NetBanking also.

Can you tell the process. Branch showed on computer they can’t apply. Customer care is worse .

101 account has only virtual . If you need physical platinim you need to pay rs 499

Hdfc NetBanking?
I am seeing only upgrade cards. Customer care also says go to branch. Can someone confirm?
I called on both numbers but the person who picked said that they can see only higher variant cards in my account debit card upgradation; rupay plat not showing there, so they can’t apply 
@sastaraju @good_virus Bro, did they directly take your request, or did they do a check against your account and said it’s eligible and then did it ?
Mine is prime salary account. But I think that doesn’t matter. Because when asked for new debit card they said 3 premium cards are showing in my account and started explaining rewards. I said I need rupay platinum only. Then they said there is a rupay card which is named as platinum chip card and there are no rewards and atm per day limit of 40k. I said fine. Apply for it.
And also said rupees 236 for issue and annual maintenance charges. Not sure they will take it or not. My existing card is completely free as it is a salary account.

I cannot see it in upgrade cards. customer care says it is a downgrade and need to go branch.
if you get this option in HDFC net banking then apply.
login HDFC net banking>> Cards >> Transact >> Debit card Upgrade >> select your existing card to upgrade >> select “RUPAY PREMIUM DEBIT CARD” >> confirm.
This is the final response that I got from Axis Nodal Officer after multiple to and fro mails:
As per the response from the back end team, we would like to inform you that the network choice is not available to customer and the same is as per bank discresion. For SBEZY scheme Secure+ Debit Card (VISA) default debit card.

We should send complains to Finance Ministry complaining that Indians banks are biggest hurdle for promoting our indigenous RuPay network.
Ministry should issue an order that No bank will deny RuPay variants to any account holder.
In fact a free Add on RuPay DC should be issued to all account holders in India.
