Update both app, not facing this issue.
All my BigBasket cart items get deleted when I open TataNeu Grocery !!

I added about 15 items in BigBasket app. When I opened TataNeu Grocery section, all the items got deleted.
Very frustrating. Any idea how to resolve this?

Aur technically woh https://letsdoc.in contact centre ke so called 'doctors' sahi hein.
Either the customer uploads their own prescription to Amazon, for ordering prescription items or the customer (you) authorise Amazon to share your daya with Let's Doc.
Let's Doc has some (so called) doctors who are legally authorised to prescribe the meds after an on-call consultation.
As a doctor, they get as the patient name, gender, age, medical history and then get to decide as to the medications that the patient needs and how much.
But if someone has spyware/matwale like Truecaller installed, then those calls from Let's Doc numbers might get blocked as suspected 'spam'.
In such cases when Let's Doc has no call recording of the 'doctor consultation', they allow the (so called) doctors to approve or reject the ordered items.
And this rejection is in compliance with the laws of the land.
Tomorrow if I order 100 sleeping pills and they cannot prove that they interviewed me ad a genuine case and I overdose someone.. then who will be accountable?
THEY WILL or rather the specific doctor whose name internally goes on that order.
Be thankful that the doctor approved the order even if reduced the quantities of putin hara or whatever was reduced.,
Because if Truecaller or your number being out of network was the reason for no contact, they could have marked the entire order as that.

and use tata neu only
I have faced this issue intermittently. Both my apps are up to date. And, I continue to use BigBasket because it is easier to browse on BigBasket, sometimes the TataNeu app hangs or the rendering is slower. And to those who are going to ask, it's not a problem with my phone.
Most of the times when i open TataNeu app, it will pick default pincode as 400001. So the items added in Bigbasket with my home pincode is not getting picked. When i change the delivery address in the TataNeu app to the hone address, then the items added in bigbasket cart will appear again.
I am resident of Andhra Pradesh. But when i try to browse bigbasket through tataneu it is changing my location to mumbai location 😬
@Budhe-Baba - If you add items in TataNeu Grocery, are you able to see those in BigBasket?
Both apps linked to the same contact number?
The idiots who designed tataneu made it so that even when you are logged in, instead of considering the default address, it would try to get location from the phone and if it fails it would pickup some unknown bangalore address.
So after launching tataneu, first thing to do is to change the address. Once you change the address to your own, all the items would magically reappear in your basket.
You can then say "shazaammmm"
