all payments and recharges auto cancelling

All recharges, payments from apay are auto cancelling in apay account at home and after auto cancellation a mail is received which says
We believe that an unauthorized party may have accessed your account.
And this mail says to change password.have changed password twice but still same result.customer care has no idea about this.normal orders are placing and getting delivered.this problem started when app was installed in new phone.what to do now?

May be you need to do kyc again... Do it and then try

May be some security measure is triggered.

Wait for a 24/48 hours, it may settle on it's own.

same kind of security measure triggered for me as well.

i was suggested to upload  masked ID proof copy by support team. 

within 2 hours everything was sorted.
