(All users) 100% Online PNB Lifetime Free Virtual RuPay credit card apply (non-PNB customers too):
Now you have a website https://apply.pnbcard.in/ using which you can raise a credit card request, submit the documents online and use a not so efficient VKYC portal https://videokyc.pnbcard.in/ to complete your VKYC.
Apply for PNB RuPay Select Credit card to get Free, spa, gym etc benefit. currently also offer first year free.
- Annual fee – NIL ( if card is used one in a quarter) even 1rs of transaction is enough.
After VKYC complete, PNB bank takes 2 weeks to 1 month to issue you Credit card.
You can track status in PNB Genie app (as far as I know only their existing customers can use the PNB Genie app) -
Was anyone able to actually finish the application for this credit card? On the page where we upload docs, it logs me out saying session timed out even though I do it instantly. Seems to be some issue related to cookies or redirect.

Try any other browser, you can also send documents via email.

legend101 wrote:Yes, PNB RuPay Select credit card - joining fee Rs500+GST
Is select having 500 fee for first ywar or free? Platinum is showing free joining and annual fee but select is only giving free annual fee but minimum 500 joining fee
No annual charges, if you use quarterly 1 time.
abhishek012 wrote:So is it worth the 590 rs for select over platinum?
Yes, PNB RuPay Select credit card - joining fee Rs500+GST

Wasn't about file size which was well below what they state (2 MB).It turns out it was crapping out due to PNG file format even it stated it accepted PNG Converting to JPG did the trick.

Since you seem to have applied it successfully, can you please list the workaround that you had to do to make sure that if a first timer applies, it gets in one shot only... Like JPG you mentioned, similarly file size, and any other auch precautions to take... Will be helpful.

That's the only workaround I needed. Convert PNG uploadables to JPG and make sure they were below 2 MB (mine were around 300 KB).
Keep your PNB account number handy if you have a savings account, keep your phone handy for multiple OTPs, Aadhaar, PAN number and keep your Income tax return filing website password handy (if you wish to allow login to it), and keep your ITR PDF ready besides photo, ID proof (Aadhaar), address proof JPG etc
Oh btw video KYC is bypassed/not required/not applicable for PNB savings account customers? It says this in the PNB Genie app:
Also if I try to enter the UARN (WC number) in video KYC, it says number not valid.
"Dear customer, your PNB credit card application is lying discrepant." If you get this SMS, call them on phone numbers listed here: https://pnbcard.in/reachu...ml . Most probably they will be wanting further docs like more years ITR or salary slip but it could be some other reason too like signature mismatch, photo not clear, some document not uploaded or couldn't be verified. Customer care will tell you why application is stuck. If its income docs related, email those to [email protected] and another copy to [email protected] for application to be processed further. All this info told by customer care.
UPDATE: Dear Cardholder, Thanks for contacting PNB. Your application has been approved. You will receive your card within 5 days. -PNB

Hey,
After how many days you got update on your credit card application after talking to customer care and sending documents by email?

Thanks for reply bro.
Here is my timeline.
Applied on 23 Jan, I too have saving account with them.
Got discrepant message on 24 Jan.
Called them and checked missing docs, they said ITR of 2 years(same as you), sent same day.
Today 30 Jan, Just now(10 min) got acknowledgement of my email that received my documents, also it is mentioned 'It will be processed soon'.

Avoid this useless card (very bad reward system, no/rare e-comm offers), unless you got no other card offering the below
I mean its not because it is a RuPay card but i don't see how i can benefit from a PNB card (at least via 10% bank offers on FK/Amazon)
