Amazon account marked as duplicate

I have 2 amazon accounts linked to different mobile numbers.
Recently received a mail from amazon that my account was marked duplicate

I used same credit card in 2 accounts and upi transfer was done for same beneficiary

Is there any way i can ask them to remove duplicate tag? Not receiving any offers in that account now

Can u post the screenshot?

I too received many emails about duplicate account. The only restrictions I got was I couldn’t add Amazon pay balance to my acc any further. that was because of same kyc details or sometimes same mobile number.

the semi-closed wallet licence has stipulations.
and as per RBI guidelines for the same, forfeiture ofidle amount, closing (actually freezing) accounts IS allowed.
so yes, one person on account per company too might be a criterion from RBI.
life was good, better when Amazon Pay only meant “Gifts and Credits” (no Money/Stored Value Account) and then Amazon sneaked into the wallet business http://amazon.in/b?node=8520...31

even to close that Money thing account took angry few months of speaking with morons.
then they asked for KYC even to close it. now one of the (main) accounts is back to being e-mail only.
(removed, asked them to delete mobile number from all alerts).
can log in, order prepaid or subscribe and save CoD/PoD.

but that account still has 8 accounts as “linked accounts” shown on cust. service agent’s portal. as told by an Amazon employee (friend).
(account was used to order for family, friends)

Same thing but… Offers are not displaying like 20 percent upto 200 on 75 recharge
