Amazon Charged 4 times for Single Order
Friends, please help Amazon charged my card for four times for single order for Rs. 51713.39 and two times for Rs. 60620.40 for single order. Now what can I do. I blocked my card and raise dispute with Hdfc for the same.
@rogerthat please give your suggestion and what are the consequence for me that and I was charged for Rs. 500 for limit exceed, what can I done more to get money back.

But thats the system problem, not by me and the Hdfc Cc told me that once the amount gets refunded then you can ask for removal for overlimit fee.

How did it happen? Did you try repayment and it happened like this?
Payment failed on first attempt but in next attempt its successful but every two days their is a new Transaction on the same date i.e. 02.07.2020.
Send Amazon a mail if the transactions are not auto refunded.
Send a mail to Aditya Puri and your 500 will be refunded. When it is, post the ss here for the guy who commented above that it won’t be.
P.S. If your card is blocked then how in the world are you going to get the refund? You shouldn’t have blocked the card. Keep both parties in loop.
Refund is not an issue because whenever their is refund or payment, in banking records their is master account number which is linked to the sub cards and when their is refund the same is deposit in the master account number and the same is showed in the active card statement.
Amazon too may compensate you for their technical glitch. Tell them you are charged over-limit fee.
Anyways HDFC would refund that fees if its first time after talking to CC.

Ask refund as well as additional amount as token for facing hardship from Amazon
@rogerthat and other fellow dimers please share the email id’s of the Amazon and hdfc bank higher officials, so that i can take up the matter with them on urgent basis and ask for resolution at the earliest.
That is wrong, a bank never ever debit you more than your limit. are yours a saving or checking acct?

Its my credit card. Yes you are right bank never debit more then our limit but in my case its done. 
Please let us know how many times u entered OTP?
issue is resolved. check ur statement.
How u know that issue is resolved and I am regularly watching my statement 30 to 50 times a day now.

Dear All, I am happy to share the Good News that I received my refund in my new card and the only issue is about Exceed Limit charges. I thank to all of you who helped me and provide information to me regarding this issue.
Ab bas Aditya Puri Ji kya karte hain exceed limit charges ke baare mein sorf yeah hi pta karna hai.
Don’t worry you will be refunded. Just a matter of time.
