2 Days Back Booked, No Service Charges... I Hope They Won't Roll Out For My Account...

Just called amazon cc, they informed me that they have recently updated their policy. 

Only the first train booking will not attract a service charge. After that the booking will attract a service charge as following:

Non-ac booking - 20 per booking

Ac booking - 40 per booking

Update from amazon website: "Yes. Amazon facilitates the finding and booking of train tickets for any route within India, provides you with a seamless booking experience of your train tickets on Amazon.in for all routes within India, provides you with 24x7 customer support service in relation to your bookings on Amazon.in and also facilitates the timely refunds on the cancellation of your bookings done on Amazon.in. For these services, Amazon charges a nominal non-refundable service fee. In case of cancellations, this service fee will not be refunded."

Now how to use sbi cashback card for train booking ?

haan main bhi kia hu 2-3 din pehle nhi dikha raha tha aaj return ka karne gya to show hua. CC informed ki recently hi change hui h policy. I asked ki kab hui h to they updated ki kafi recently hui h, Kuch date nhi batai.

this was what cc informed me, jab take sab account m nahi lagta h acha hi dusre account se book kar sakte h, but they will slowly start rolling it out to everyone. Prime walo ko nahi chhod rahe to banki ko nahi hi chhodenge bhot time tak

I Think CC Is Trying To Satisfy You, If They Say Charges Only For You , U Will Get Hurt... If They Say Rolling Out For Every One U Will Be Happy.. I See Many Times Amazon Service Charges As Zero

Nahi bhai, I will be sad if it is rolled out for everyone. Abhi 5 % cashback to milta h ticket booking p.

Charges are not there on my Prime account, but eventually, they'll start applying it.

I was able to cancel the mandate for my sbi card, when prime is near expriy contact Amazon customer care they will help you

No, but if you try to pay via credit card it charges you extra ( which is not the case ). + Sbi cashback card was giving 5% cashback via Amazon which, for irctc it varies.

Only IRCTC is free to rest all take SERVICE Charges.

*IRCTC takes 17.70Rs as Convenience Fees and it is applicable to all sites including IRCTC.
