I have called care they told we will send new gift card in 3-5 days , anyone knows how it works ?

My GC was added to account. I never realised the expiry date. I contacted customer care via Chat after expiry. They issued the new GC of same amount to my account. Amount was 230 only in my case.

Under no circumstances it will be extended
