I have purchased Amazon gv from Amazon.in.using OneCard CC.... More than 3 hours passed but it's still showing under process (Share via link option not showing yet), Email address was not registered with Amazon account otherwise I would receive gv link on e-mail address.... I have contacted customer support 2 times, First He mentioned wait 2 hours, & now 4 hours.

What should I do now?

Total 4KX2 Stuck.

I have just contacted customer support regarding it & She told me we are facing technical issue but refund option Showing....if you want refund then I can raise refund request for you..... I accepted it but now Both gifts card showing redeemed 🥺

My OneCard 5% off offer wasted 🥺 & don't know whether I will receive refund or not.
