Amazon GV on email
I have stopped receiving Amz gvs on email for more than a year.... normally when we buy GVs from Amazon, I dont receive it on my email. I then have to resend it from order page to another temp email id. Checked with Amz customer care and as usual they are clueless....
Anyone faced the same issue and was able to resolve it ?

You can also send it to your WhatsApp
May be your storage of 15 GB is full.
Are you receiving other order emails ?
This is exactly how you diagnose the issue/ problem
you can check messages in amazon app.
there you can find copy of communications
still same issues..... receive all emails from Amz but NOT the one with gift certificates details... not in the spam folders... neither in the message section of amz app.... still looking for answers....
Check for specific blacklisted emails OR filters in the settings.
if that's the case, the mail should be available atleast in the message section of amz app.... but not even there...

Check in the Junk/Spam folder...
