Hi dimers,
I received my Card statement today and and was surprised to see NEGATIVE Cashback for ICICI Amazon card
(-1363). 
Anyone if knows why it is in negative then please tell

3 months back, I have paid insurance premium and received 5% cashback. Next month, they deducted 3% extra given cashback. I’m also having negative Amazon Balance.

If they have taken back extra 3% from the credited 5% then there’s nothing we can do.. as it is 2% for bill payments

Looks like that…i was very happy after seeing 3500 cashback last month…but couldn’t check if it was 5 or 3%

Amazone icici card stopped cashback offer, i am also showing negative. The reason is they started negative cashback for Emi scheme
