Amazon India cheated me!

Hello guys,
I have been cheated by Amazon India.
I had made a purchase of Samsung Galaxy M51 mobile on 24th October 2020 on Amazon India. I had confirmed with their executive about a free screen replacement offer before making the purchase. I was given the confirmation of the same on call as well as email. I went ahead and purchased the phone. I did not received the offer after 2 weeks. So I went ahead and wrote to Amazon about it. They confirmed with me again that I’ll receive the offer soon. They have stopped replying my emails about the same from a month now. It’s a clear case of fraud and cheating. I am attaching the screenshots as proof of the same.

I have waited more than a month and tried my best to get support from Amazon. I have failed in that and it leaves me with no choice but to raise the concern online in order to get my issue sorted. I will appreciate the support of DesiDime members.

You must have received this offer while checking out itself that’s this amazon cc is making you go round and round.
Try to escalate this issue since you have relevant screenshots now.

@TintinSnowy most of the times, mobile imei is auto registered for free replacement.

Any particular reason why u decided to get multiple confirmations from Amazon via chat,call,mail?
There was no screen replacement banner for this particular mobile when u purchased this phone?
There was a banner as well as a line in the offers section mentioning the free screen replacement. Problem was in the T&C – this particular model was not mentioned. Therefore I confirmed with Amazon support before making the purchase. They said they forgot to write M51 in the T&C but the offer is applicable.

@TintinSnowy I got a mail and message from acko today on screen replacement for my Samsung M51 order in October sale. Check your mail and message. I even downloaded the acko app and login with my number. I can see the plan is active. So finally after two months amazon activated the free replacement plan.
You did not receive a separate mail from acko [email protected]?
