I was supposed to get flat 200 on daily essentials order (paid 1034).
Didn’t get cashback even after last 2 items were dispatched and the cc ret@rds said that I did not pay 1034 BUT paid in 2 different transactions of 500 !
Today I let out all of my anger and frustrations on whoever that lying b*tch was!
This year amazon cc ppl were j@ck@sses 90% of the time!
They f**ked up 2 other orders (got a factory reject unsealed shaver, wasted 40% off upto 200 coupon there. AND they would try to connect that coupon code with the other orders EVEN when they’re placed 4-6 days apart!!!
Cancelled a bag cuz they refused to give 2 (100 rs each) cb even after it showed 200 cb on payment page) got 73 on phillips shaver (paid 1949 and cb showed 200) and completely disregarded all my collected coupons!
Someone told me my problem will be resolved just 2 days back and got more headaches! That too after giving ALL THE DETAILS (with screenshots) of the offers I collected.

The most annoying thing is that I see some dimers repeatedly looting in huge amounts 10k+ in bug loots and they are getting cashbacks multiple times without a hitch! In the same accounts to boot!
Then why is my account (that has no unnecessary returns/refunds or a bug loot transaction) facing problems every damn time a cashback is involved?!

I have a giant folder with just screenshots of offer and TnCs and now I’ve to add pics of transaction details and date and time of emails with order purchase details.

UPDATE – Didn’t know it would get so many comments, I’m trying to read all of them. And thanks to all of you who has given me advice. I really appreciate it ☺
The final action will be taken based on the physical status of the last 2 orders and a final mail to jeff.

And after all this is cleared, I think it’s best to shut down my account as something is clearly wrong between amazon’s cashback system and my account.

As someone mentioned here that the error he faced was purely the automated system’s fault.

I have been facing the same issues with both my prime accounts.. Even screenshots.. Mails.. Hours of non sense conversations has not brought my SVD & coupon cashback’s.. Now I just use them accounts for recharges or discounted products.. the harassment is not WORTH CONTINUING proper shopping anymore!!

ATS delivery guys are updating false status as customer rejected even without contacting. It was a guaranteed 2day delivery order, seems he can’t deliver with in time frame updated false Status.
Contacted az cc about this he is now saying don’t worry we"ll deliver your order with in 9th oct.. if you gonna deliver on 9th what’s the point of opting for 2days delivery.
Flipkart is good in this case. They have full control over Their delivery boys.

You Also Know It Very Well That It’s Festive Season And Delivery May Get Delayed. and Even In Some Parts Of The Country The Weather Is Not Pretty Good.

Did you check how much cb was showing on the checkout page and how much have you received?

I didn’t face such problem. I get the cb amount they display on checkout page. And I have made a rule about not contacting customer care unless it’s an issue related to product delivery or wrong status.

As I said some comments earlier, yes, I did check and I was ok. Now the problem is I did not screenshot the FINAL page of one order, even though I have clearly saved all of the screenshots of all of the different offers and their TnCs. Even had to spent 30 mins explaining one by one about the offers SEVERAL TIMES and how I place those order as if I’m in interrogation in FBI.
All this even after sending emails with pics twice.

I also ordered For more than Rs. 50000 using SBI card in this sale and when I saw the Transaction afterwards they had splitted the single transaction into. Let’s see if they give the Cashback of 3000 or not. If they don’t give I am thinking to go to Consumer Court.

Yeah Amazon is playing a lot nowadays. Have 10 accounts around, can see 100% upto 30/35/40 in almost all accounts in Offers section, but when I switch to Recharge section, there is nothing except in 1 accounts. They have started marking accounts Which are specifically designed for looting. joy sweat_smile

Yeah well cashback and Amazon really can’t go together anymore. I got that when they didn’t credit me Rs. 200 on one of my a/c, even after I had collected the offer. I chatted with CC and they said to share the screenshot from the email which affirms that I have already collected the offer, I did, but then they came up with the story that before ordering I had to click on the Order Now option from within that email; simply collecting the offer apparently was not enough. Yet, nowhere in the T&C its mentioned that you have to click on the order now option from within the concerned email. I chatted three times, wasted more than an hour. Then said eh sod it. I don’t care anymore.

The same way they also didn’t credit me a cashback for my first UPI transfer or some such, in spite of the order was shown for my a/c and I even clicked on the offer banner before proceeding with the transfer.

Nowadays I just record my desktop while an offer is there, so they can’t deny on fictitious, made up grounds. However, that’s real easy to do from PC but when I try to utilise offers from Amazon mobile app I almost always forget to activate the screen recorder, I mean seriously, why would I even utilise my brain for petty things like this! They are giving the offers for my a/c, I didn’t ask for them. And when you are giving an offer for certain accounts you better hold up your comittnent till the very end. That’s the only way it works, both legally and ethically.

I liked the old amazon days better, when there were much less offers, but back then they actually would credit all the cashback. Since starting these cashback offer spree on every other day, they have become very untrustworthy and unethical to conduct their business.

I am really frustrated like you with Amazon’s Customer Service these days.

Earlier the support was so good that they could resolve my problems in one go but now I have to contact them multiple times and explain the issue;still they don’t understand and give the same copy paste reply.

Seems like they’re doing a lot of cost cutting in hiring/training their customer support team!

I am sharing a recent issue I faced which proves how dumb their customer support team is.

I got a ₹250 extra cashback on flight tickets offer as I did some recharge (Prime member too).

The offer banner said that I’ll get upto ₹2500 cashback + extra ₹250 cashback.

However even after transacting I didn’t get the ₹250 extra cashback but received cashback for the upto wala cashback offer.

I noticed that the offer terms is strange; it says I’ll get ₹250 back and also says that it cannot be combined with any other cashback offer.

I contacted customer care via chat and man even after 30 minutes I couldn’t explain to her about the offer. She kept on repeating the same thing that I was not eligible for the cashback of ₹250 as it cannot be combined with any other cashback offer.

I thought that okay maybe this employee is little too tired today to understand my problem and maybe I should not waste my time.

I emailed them with all the screenshots and highlighting the terms saying that any layman would understand that extra ₹250 cashback means over and above existing cashback but no I got the same reply stating that I cannot combine cashback offers and I am not eligible to get any more cashback as per their system.

I accepted my faith that it was my fault in understanding the offer.

5 days later I receive an email stating that I have got extra ₹250 cashback as a part of the offer which I received.

That day I understood that those customer care team are dumb and have no idea of what they’re speaking and it’s useless to contact them joy

Very frustrated to see this change in nature of customer service of Amazon.

They can’t become Earth’s Most Customer Centric Company like this!

SURPRISED EVERYONE – These amazon mofos are doing a splendid job to fool customers and they give 0 💩 to screenshots of TnCs and final payment page showing cbs!
Hell even chat messages records where previously they affirmed I’ll get cashbacks on different categories are ignored!
Why??? Bcz their wonderful systems break up transactions into smaller parts so as to NOT give cbs 🙃

As you can see I paid above 1000 to reach min cart value but their system broke the transaction.
Same with other orders too.
And thus I’m unqualified to get any of my collected coupons cbs.
