They are probably not getting the expected sales except pantry and might be letting some of the orders be delivered to show as sales increase.

I also got 1600 cashback on 14 july after ordering a product of 5000, now yesterday they cancelled my order and initiated refund. But they are not refunding whole amount i.e. 5000. They are initiated 3400 as a refund amount and rest of the money is in amazon pay.
I had talked almost 1 hour with them about why did they cancelled my order.
Amazon returning/cancelling the product belongs to the Cloudtail India.
Do not receive the product if your cashback is in locked state. Orders are being cancelled for those accounts, even if you receive the product when its out for delivery (as it’s already dispatched) your cb will become void.
Was your order status showing as “Held captive with courier”?

All those whose order are getting delivered are at loss.
Bcos there lock balance is never be going to unlock.
So avoid delivery.
Mine 2 order delivered yesterday. Today received a mail that order has been cancelled & as a apology we are crediting a sum of Rs. 25/-.
Cashback also cleared yesterday as soon as order delivered.
Now apay balance is 50/-for 2 cancelled orders.
God save Amazon from this mishap.

I ordered one induction and it got delivered today but top panel is damaged. I used my cashback money to buy some pantry which will be delivered tomorrow. Now what I can do to fix my induction

I used apay of rs1199 to pay for order and didn’t receive and cb is in locked state.will I ever get the refund or product as status is cancelled and refund issued

But amazon customer still saying locked cashback credit back in 3 working days.
My order is in transit, received mail that order is cancelled due to technical error and Rs.25 will be credit in Amazon ay as apologies, but order is showing still in transit and 25 not credited in apay.

As per me if we accept the order we will not get refund in original payment method,coz refund is initiated after product reached their own place so
If you need product take else think and then accept.
Successfully delivered product and utilized cb also..does they ask for return the order?
They wont ask for return..They may block your account OR they may stop processing cashbacks in future.. means you wont able to get genuine cashbacks/ or you cant able to use added cashbacks for purchasing any product/services.
Guys from mrng I am placing pantry items above 1000₹ but it’s getting cancelled and getting refund…. Plz help

If our cashback is locked and we received the product, we can anyway return the product for refund right

So atleast the original amount is safe…..
