Even if my cart value is worth 5k or more the 10% instant discount is not getting applied. If cart value is around 6k then it's working fine n

2 points to check,
1. There may be some items, for which 10% off will be on 2500, and for some, it will be 10% on 5000. So, both are considered different and can't be clubbed. (Very irritating, but that's how it works for Amazon!)
2. Consider Cashback, Amazon counts cart value after applying the cashback if any. i.e. Buy More Save More Rs . 30 per item. etc.
The value of the cart must stay > 5000 even after considering those cashbacks.

all items are not of same category. some are 300 discount on 3k(grocery,baby etc). check order page for individual items for 5k offer.
