Amazon pay balance amount not working for Utility bill payment

I am trying to pay utility bill payment like Electricity bill, Water bill from Amazon Pay Balance but its always failing, at the same if I use credit card its working.
did any one else also experience the same

I am facing the same issue today for gas bill payment. In past it used to work fine. It cancelled my payment twice.

yes same here.. I think something going in the backend. Amazon will stop the Amazon amount to used for utility bill payemnets.
