Amazon pay balance error.

Yesterday I did kyc with Amazon for Amazon pay balance verification and to extend limit upto 1 lakh and then I redeemed a gv of 2500 but today when I scanned a UPI to pay from Amazon pay balance, it said low balance; that is 0.
Please help.

U cant pay from Gv balance.

GV portion works only for merchant UPI. For P2P, only the money portion will work.
