Since Amazon marketplace accounts do not necessarily need to have ANY registered phone number, there is no such limitation.

You may create an email only account on amazon dot france or on amazon dot canada.

And use the same login and password on amazon dot in.

Subscribe and Save subscription orders regularly get placed on amazon dot in too, without even a phone number on the 'login and security' page.

The cashback is given by Icici/ card issuer.. so long as the payment was on the amazon dot in marketplace.

This, I assume, is irrespective of the account being used.

if amazon has prime subscrptn if its urs or your friends account, u will get 5%

Amazon account where CB will be credited should be prime for 5%CB, no other conditions

Prime is mandatory in card linked account for 5% cashback
